Tim and Dustin replaced my AC/furnace inside and outside 2 years ago. (I’m just now getting to the review) They did an amazing job. We were without AC in the middle of Aug (it was a 2 day job). Tim is an actual angel on earth! We called "All Klear All Hours" in a panic on Wednesday night with our air messing up. They came the next day and quoted us $2200 to fix it to THEN be able to test. Heartbroken- we tried one final place on Friday at 5pm and Tim came this morning, fixed our air and we paid him $99. TIM IS OUR GUY FOR THE REST OF FOREVER!! There aren't enough words to express how much we appreciate you helping our family and NOT taking advantage of us!!

Quickly responded to a non-cooling A/C. Performed troubleshooting to find cause and then offered options. I opted for unit replacement - only to a few days to get unit in and installed. Installation went well (aside from my smart thermostat being not so smart).

I had to move my mobile home, and along with it I had to move my exterior air conditioning, having it disconnected and reconnected. I was very thankful to have someone that was professional and could do the job without me having to worry if it was done correctly. Tim is completely professional and is an expert. He has obviously been doing this a long time. His quote was more than reasonable and he stuck to it. The work he did was well done and clean. He took care of everything, including changing out any pipes as required, or putting down concrete blocks as needed. I highly recommend At Your Service 417.

We had previously contacted Tim about servicing our furnace when we bought a house 3 years ago. At that time, he fixed it the best he could and recommended we think about purchasing a new furnace. He was not pushy nor “salesman” like. He gave us his honest opinion and did not push when we declined at that time. But we felt comfortable enough with his service and information that we knew then that we would be reaching out to him specifically when it was time to do the replacement.
