Tim was AMAZING!!! Most definitely will keep his number for if I ever need help with heat or air again! He was very professional and nice. And made you feel like he actually cared about getting your unit working again and doing it without having to break your bank account. Hands down he went above and beyond and this some!!! Tim and Dustin replaced my AC/furnace inside and outside 2 years ago. (I’m just now getting to the review) They did an amazing job. We were without AC in the middle of Aug (it was a 2 day job). Tim provided us with a big portable AC unit at no additional cost, until the job was done. I would 100% recommend him and his team.

Tim is an actual angel on earth! We called "All Klear All Hours" in a panic on Wednesday night with our air messing up. They came the next day and quoted us $2200 to fix it to THEN be able to test. Heartbroken- we tried one final place on Friday at 5pm and Tim came this morning, fixed our air and we paid him $99. TIM IS OUR GUY FOR THE REST OF FOREVER!! There aren't enough words to express how much we appreciate you helping our family and NOT taking advantage of us!!

Quickly responded to a non-cooling A/C. Performed troubleshooting to find cause and then offered options. I opted for unit replacement - only to a few days to get unit in and installed. Installation went well (aside from my smart thermostat being not so smart).

I had to move my mobile home, and along with it I had to move my exterior air conditioning, having it disconnected and reconnected. I was very thankful to have someone that was professional and could do the job without me having to worry if it was done correctly. I was very at ease knowing that Tim work so hard to make sure that he did a good job.

Tim is completely professional and is an expert. He has obviously been doing this a long time. His quote was more than reasonable and he stuck to it. The work he did was well done and clean. He took care of everything, including changing out any pipes as required, or putting down concrete blocks as needed. I highly recommend At Your Service 417.

We had previously contacted Tim about servicing our furnace when we bought a house 3 years ago. At that time, he fixed it the best he could and recommended we think about purchasing a new furnace. He was not pushy nor “salesman” like. He gave us his honest opinion and did not push when we declined at that time. But we felt comfortable enough with his service and information that we knew then that we would be reaching out to him specifically when it was time to do the replacement.

Got a panic call from elderly family member saying her furnace was not running properly. With cold weather in the forecast and me living in Jefferson City I texted Tim based on a recommendation. He replied immediately. This was late in the afternoon. He was in their neighborhood said he would stop by. He was at the house within minutes had the problem taken care of.
